A chance to spend a night or 2 in a 1640's ex-farmhouse, situated 1 mile from the edge of the Cathedral city of Canterbury.

5 mins drive about 30 minutes walk.

Based in our Annex building both rooms have their own private access

A spacious first floor fully self-contained King room with kitchen.

This room sleeps up to 4 guests with 1 king bed and 2 singles.

A ground floor room that sleeps up to 3 guests with 1 king bed and 1 single.

Both rooms have their own character, they are cosy & fully equipped with smart TV's & free WiFi.

Neither room is suitable for wheelchair access.

Willow Down is situated in the village Upper Harbledown, on the outskirts of Canterbury, 2.5 km from University of Kent. Free private parking is available on site.

Accommodation provided on a room only price. Breakfast option is available at an extra cost & can be booked as an option with the room. No evening meals are provided. We are not licensed so do not have a bar. We do however have a lovely gastro pub on our doorstep, only 2 minutes by car/10 minute walk away.

Dogs welcome by prior arrangement in lower annex room only. which has direct access to the garden.
